Those not in the northern parts of the country will be able to enjoy the breezy ruffles and
floral patterns that are already popping up in all our favorite stores. I also
noticed that 1940s styles are coming back: oxford shoes, fitted pencil skirts
paired with a pretty blouse, structured bags and costume jewelry. When pulled
altogether, the look is so glamorous! Time to raid the vintage stores!
