New York Design Shop will be hosting a Campus Representative Program to increase popularity of the online shop www.newyorkdesignshop.com across college campuses that feature Fashion Design and Communications programs.  Our goal for Campus Reps is to act as a liaison between New York Design Shop and our customers.

As a Campus Rep, you will be assigned projects throughout the semester. The first assignment that we will be asking our Campus Reps for is to create a media list that includes contact information for all college media outlets (school newspapers, school radio station, student activity center, career services, and any other outlets that would be beneficial for New York Design Shop) as well as local media outlets that include local hangout locations, the town newspaper and radio stations, etc. We encourage our Campus Reps to be as creative as possible when creating their media lists. This information will be used by members at New York Design Shop for outreach purposes within the local community.  

In addition we ask that our Campus Reps hand out coupons to their friends and peers (VIP passes is what we will be calling them). Each coupon will be labeled with the Campus Reps name and customers will have to enter the given name to receive their discount. The Campus Rep with the most sales at the end of the year will receive a prize.

Although this position is not paid, we will be offering a 20% discount on all New York Design Shop products for Campus Representatives.

The Campus Rep position will not be offered for college credit, but it is great experience to add to your resume.
