How do I contact NYDS?

How do I sign up for the NYDS Fashion Updates?

Visit our Home Page to sign up.  If you've already signed up for our Fashion Updates and are not receiving the e-mails, please email us at info@newyorkdesignshop.com  

What is your minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order however, trim by the yard is only sold in full yard increments.

How do I create an account?

To setup an account click here. Once your account is set up you can place orders, check status of your orders and see payment history.

I forgot my password…

When logging into your account, click on the “forgot your password?” link.  We will e-mail your password to you.   When logging into your account, you must provide the email address you used when you initially set up your account.

How do I update my account information?

You now can update your account information by going to "My Account" on the home page. Once logged in you will be able to update your shipping, billing and credit card information.

How do I add items into the basket?

To add an item to your shopping cart, select the item, enter the quantity you want and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your shopping cart will be updated automatically. To see what is in your shopping cart, click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page. When you're ready to purchase, click on "Shopping Cart" and then click "Proceed to Secure Checkout."

I am not able to log in?

When logging in please make sure you are using the email that you initially created the account with. In addition, for lost passwords click here to have your password e-mailed to you.

What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time, we offer special promotions. Please sign up for New York Design Shop Fashion Updates to receive information on future promotions.

When will my card be charged?

Your Credit card will not be charged until the day that your order is shipped.

I live outside the U.S. … Can I still buy from you?

Yes, of course!

Can I send you my credit card information in an e-mail?

For your safety, please never send your credit card information through an email.

What if I do not see what I am looking for?

The best way to determine if we carry an item is to enter a search term into the search box on our website. This will show you all the items we carry with that description.  If you cannot find an item you are looking for on our site, please email us at info@Newyorkdesignshop.com.   Please provide as much information as possible including pictures and detailed description. A customer service agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
